for Use of the dirwan88 Platform

1. Interpretation and Definitions

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

5.3 Bonus Misuse

dirwan88 actively monitors bonus usage. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through unauthorised low-risk betting, use of multiple accounts, or other methods deemed improper will result in the relevant bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the dirwan88 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) or use licensed live game providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical disruption or system error during a game session, dirwan88 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the original stake to the user. Payouts arising from a technical error are invalid and may be reversed.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set within the game interface itself. These limits may change from time to time in line with changes to the game options. dirwan88 reserves the right to set specific betting limits for any account suspected of misuse.

6.3 Sports Betting and Sportsbook

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).

11. Applicable Law and Licensing
